Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy builds upon the critically acclaimed gameplay and storytelling of Uncharted 4: A Thief’stand-alonestand alone adventure. It should be of no surprised that Lost Legacy feels like an Uncharted game, it feels like an expansion of Uncharted 4. What is surprising it that Nathan Drake is not the protagonist this time around. Instead, the story picks up with Chloe Frazer & Nadine Ross after the events of Uncharted 4.

This game is gorgeous. That’s right gorgeous. That should also be of no surprise if you’ve been played a Naughty Dog game before. Naughty Dog makes a habit of creating beautiful games similar to 제왕카지노. The Lost Legacy maintains the 3rd person action-adventure gameplay with climbing and cover-based melee and shooting all tied together with silver screen quality story. All of the hallmarks of the Uncharted series are featured in The Lost Legacy, including an engaging cinematic story, varied locations, puzzles, and action set pieces.

NADINE ROSS
A South African mercenary and former head of the paramilitary organization Shoreline, her first appearance is in Uncharted 4. Voiced & Mo-Capped by Laura Bailey.

CHLOE FRAZER
An Indian-Australian Treasure Hunter with appearances in both Uncharted 2: Among Thieves & Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Voiced & Mo-Capped by Claudia Black.

TREASURE HUNTER

You play as Chloe Frazer, the Indian-Australian Treasure Hunter that was introduced into the love triable of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. She became a fan favorite instantly aided by the fact that she is voiced and motion-captured by Claudia Black. Chloe’s improvisational attitude falls inline with what you come to expect from Nathan Drake and the Uncharted series in general. Her background melds into the story offering an exciting new adventure filled with cultural references.

MERCENARY

Nadine Ross, Chloe’s mercenary for hire, adds an interesting personality into the situation. The story reacts due to her presence in a way that sets up Chloe to react spontaneously. Nadine is not a playable character but is along side you nearly all the time. This is one of the few games were an AI partner is actually useful, from performing stealth kills to helping with puzzles Nadine is actually useful from time to time. It’s not a huge step forward, as we’ve seen it to some extent in the series before, but a welcome baby step none the less.

LEGACY FOUND

Uncharted: Lost Legacy is not rewriting the franchise, and there just isn’t any addition to gameplay that is going to sway a gamer that didn’t enjoy the Uncharted series. The Lost Legacy remains very faithful to the original franchise concept and in some ways highlights some of the best parts of other games. There are moments that feel like those unmistakable Uncharted scenes. An aspect that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End excelled at. If you have enjoyed Uncharted games in the past you will enjoy this one. I have enjoyed all the Uncharted games, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is on course to possibly be the best in the series. So far… I love this game. I hope you enjoyed my first impressions. A full review will be coming soon.
